Temporality of Climate Litigation Database

The TEMPORALAW database will map rights-based climate litigation through a temporal lens, examining temporal framings and perspectives through domestic and international cases. This database will facilitate comparative research on legal time, intergenerational justice, and concepts of risk, equity and causation.

Teaching With Climate Case Law
